Service · Monitoring / O&M

Operate the installed system with visibility and service history.

Rather than promising zero faults, we promise visibility: every alert, visit and resolution is recorded against the asset.

What monitoring watches

Every device has a state; every change has a reason.

Monitoring follows each device through the day and records the decision behind every change, so faults are caught early and service is planned, not reactive.

Equipment operating state through the day

Each row is one piece of equipment; colour shows what it is doing. The EMS row shows the decision behind each change.

Mechanism

Cooling and fire safety

Battery enclosures are cooled to keep cells in their temperature window, and watched by layered detection. Most protection acts long before any fire: by sensing off-gas early and isolating the battery.

  1. Thermal management: HVAC or liquid cooling keeps every rack within its temperature window; airflow is designed rack by rack.
  2. Early warning: Off-gas and temperature sensors detect a cell going out of bounds before smoke appears.
  3. Isolate: The BMS opens contactors, the PCS stops and ventilation clears gases; alarms reach the site team.
  4. Suppress: If conditions escalate, the suppression system discharges and the fire plan takes over.
  • What we check:
  • Enclosure fire-safety approach and local authority requirements
  • Detection layers: off-gas, smoke, heat
  • Spacing, ventilation and emergency access
Monitoring cycle

Live system → verified history.

01Live system

Data from on-site controllers.

02Monitor

Values checked against design thresholds.

03Alert

Outliers flagged, with AI assistance where useful.

04Service case

A case is logged with its data.

05Field action

Qualified support assigned where needed.

06Verify

Resolution checked against expected behaviour.

07History

Result added to the asset record.

Field capability

Checks within your contracted scope.

  • Visual inspection
  • Electrical checks
  • PV / BESS / PCS health
  • Structure review
  • Communication checks
  • Cleaning & site review
  • Performance review

Service activities depend on the installed system and contracted scope.

Lifecycle traceability

Every asset keeps its story.
