Projects & engineering

Case studies you can check, not claims you have to trust.

Real installed projects are shown by site type, district, system size, technology and status. Engineering studies are labelled as studies. Outcomes appear only from measured operating data, with the customer’s approval.

Real projects

Verified Samvora project records.

Each project is added from the registry only after its photographs pass the privacy check and publication is approved. No totals or counters until they can be verified.

Engineering studies

Design work, shown as method.

Studies show how Samvora engineers a site. They are not installed projects and make no savings or performance claims. The motor-start view is an illustrative model.

Architecture: PV + BESS + PCS (grid-forming) + EMS + VFD + LT panel + loads

Control strategy: Downstream-first motor sequencing with VFD soft starts; EMS coordinates PCS limits, state-of-charge reserve and grid import

Process flow: Truck → Primary crusher → Transfer conveyor → Secondary crushers → Vibrating screen → Product conveyors

No savings or performance figures are shown. Outcomes are published only from measured operating data.

Motor starting: direct-on-line compared with VFD (typical shapes)

A direct-on-line start draws a surge of several times running current until the motor is up to speed; star-delta lowers it with a second step at changeover; a soft starter limits it by ramping voltage; a VFD ramps frequency so current stays close to running current. Shapes are typical, not a measurement of any motor.

The case-study standard

What every published project will show.

The same fields for every project, so a plant owner can compare like with like and an engineer can check the reasoning.

  1. 01
    Safe identity

Site type · district · system size · technology · status. For example: “Industrial rooftop · Dharashiv · 73 kWp Solar EPC” (format example). Never an exact address.

  2. 02
    Challenge & load profile

How the site used energy before the project.

  3. 03
    Capacity & technology

PV, BESS, PCS, EMS and controls, with the sizing rationale.

  4. 04
    Architecture & control strategy

Operating modes, reserves, limits and priorities.

  5. 05
    System diagram

Drawn in the same energy language as this website.

  6. 06
    Status, timeline & safe photos

From survey to commissioning, with customer-approved imagery.

  7. 07
    Verified outcomes

From measured data, with the measurement period stated.

Customer privacy

What we never publish.

Never publicPrivate customer data
  • Mobile numbers and email addresses
  • Consumer numbers and electricity-account details
  • Aadhaar, PAN or other KYC documents
  • Exact residential addresses and GPS coordinates
  • Invoices, bills and financial data
  • Identifiable paperwork in photographs
  • Private homeowner names
Only with consentNames, logos & testimonials
  • Customer or company names
  • Testimonials and quotes
  • Identifiable site photographs
  • Performance figures from the site

The project registry behind this page rejects private fields at build time, never publishes Samvora’s internal project IDs, and shows a customer name or testimonial only when consent is recorded.
